So many people migrated into London and it is difficult to know from where unless you can find census records which show birth place etc but this is really only possible from 1851 onwards as 1841 only has if born in county. A worse aspect of that is they might be born in London but not in current county. Live North of Thames in 1841 county of Middlesex but born south of Thames would be Surrey a different county,

1800 doesn't seem to be the cutoff I found Lankshear records to 1820. This may
