To honorable Kreisersatz-Commission: ?? request: My son Wilhelm Will, who is 15 years old, wants to emigrate to America, where his married sister is already living. She has sent a ticket for him which will only be valid until spring of this year. If my son stays in Germany he would have to serve in the army within the coming years.
