Agreeable to an order of Court held for the county of Patrick we Deckard Thomas, Isaac Adams & John Sneed appointed as commitioners [sp] to settle the account-current of the Estate of David Robertson deceased with John Conner acting as executor for the said deceased and has found the estate to be $1111.80 cents after deducting the sum of $46.62 cents to be proportioned among each legate of the said David Robertson agreeable to his last Will and Testament is as follows (to wit)

In obedience to an order of Court to us directed we have proceeded to settle the account with John Conner the acting executor of David Robertson deceased & find a balance of eleven hundred & eleven dollars and eighty cents due the Estate after deducting the sum of forty six dollars and sixty two cents the amount which he has paid together with an allowance for his services as executor and have appointed the said balance among the legatees of the deceased agreeable to his will and find the sum of two hundred and twenty two dollars and thirty six cents each Legatee making in the [w]hole the above sum of Eleven hundred and Eleven dollars and Eighty cents. Given from under our hands this 25th day of Oct[ober], 1817.
