K[n]ow all men by these presents that that (sic) we the underwrit[t]en subscribers the first of kin and sole heirs of William Thames Deceased do hearby relinquish our right of Administ[r]ation on the Estate of our Father the said Deceased, unto our Brother David Thames and we further wish that he may Execute the last Nuncupative Will of the said Deceased according to the true intent and meaning thereof in Witness whereof we have hereunto set our Hands & seals this 20th of January 1813.
