Record of Administering the Sacrament & Oath of Abjuration
September Term 1763
John Reyley, John Copper Smith, Burqhart Reyley, and Jacob Seiler German Protestants Severally come into Court between the hours of nine & Twelve o'clock in the forenoon of this fifteenth day of September and in pursuance of an Act of Parliament made and passed on the thirteenth year of the reign of his late Majesty King George the Second, Instituted an Act for Naturalizing Such foreign Protestants and others therein mentioned or shall Settle or are Settled in any of his Majesties [sic] Colonies in America, Pray to have the Several Oaths prescribed by the said Act Administered to them respectively they having produced the following Certificates of their having Received the Sacrament Viz...
I hereby Certify that on the 12th day of September 1763 I administered the Sacrament of the Lord[']s Supper unto John Reyley, John Copper Smith, Burqhart Reyley and Jacob Seiler according to the form of the Liturgy of ye Church of England --

Thereupon the Several Oaths prescribed by the Statutes and respectively administered them the aforesaid John Reyley, John Copper Smith, Burqhart Reyley, and Jacob Seiler who Severally take the name and also make Repeat and Subscribe the Oath of Abjuration as now prescribed and Test according to the form and Directions of the Said Statued in Such Case made and provided --
