Before me, James Mckie, Notary Public for the Parish of St, Helena personally came and appeared the following persons to wit; John Allen, Nathaniel Allen, Peter Allen, Lydia Stephenson formally [sic] Lydia Allen and Mary Sillers, formally [sic] Mary Allen. All of the Parish aforesaid and lawful heirs of William Allen and Kizia Allen, wife of the aforesaid Wm. Allen, formally [sic] Kizia Anders which nominate John Allen aforesaid their attorney to receive from the estate of William Anders decd of the state of North Carolina.
