2.  THOMAS EDWARD² WATKINS (JOHN¹) was born July 08, 1915 in Homestead, PA, and died May 21, 1991 in Pittsburgh, PA (Jefferson Hosp).  He married LOIS AUDREY HALLAM February 1936 in Wellsburg, WV, daughter of REUBEN HALLAM and ELSIE WILLIAMS.  She was born March 10, 1919 in Munhall PA, and died January 03, 1967 in Pittsburgh, PA.
