WELCOME to the Lear Family Home Page!
I am researching the Lear/Lehr family from Kentucky. Conrad Lehr, a patriot in the Revolutionary War was possibly of Holland Dutch decent. Conrad first appears in revolutionary records in the Pennsylvania Archives. After the war, he went to North Carolina where he shows up on the 1800 census for Morgan District, Lincoln County and then on the Todd County Kentucky census of 1820 with his son George.
In addition, I'm researching William Fredrick Cobb B: 1885 in Webster County KY, D: 1915. He married Nellie Dewitt Bailey, B: 1888 in Webster County KY, D: May 6, 1922 in Monterey CA.
Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
