| DOIDGE, Anne Anne's 1823 marriage to William Prouse Wakeham is recorded in the Calstock, Cornwall parish records. She can be found in the 1851 census, living near her husband in Tromoham, Newton Abbot, Devonshire, and on that document she lists her birth parish as Calstock. Unfortunately, no birth for Anne is recorded in the parish records. I have a theory that she might be descended from Nicholas Doidge and Mary Warwick of Calstock, but no primary proof. |
