MacLEAN, Jacob - 17/3/1904 - A much respected residenter, Mr Jacob MacLean, connected since early manhood with Drumbreddan, Ardwell, was laid to rest on Saturday in Stoneykirk churchyard. He had reached the advanced age of 90 years, and is survived by his widow. The worthy couple have seen grown up around them numerous offspring to the fourth generation.
