It includes my research on Stephen and Lucy Lee. I would appreciate your looking it over before the Board Meeting next Saturday. I am also sending a copy to Ludwell Montague. Thank you for your trouble. There may be minor errors in typing, as I rushed today to finish it. I am going to Annapolis tomorrow to complete the research on "clues"concerning Stephen Lee.
