     Mildred Bennett Culpepper, of 204 Camellia Dr. (Cordele), died Sunday, July 21, 1996. A native of Crisp County, Mrs. Culpepper was a son (sic) of the late James Washington and Emma Roquemore Bennet. She was the widow of E. H. Culpepper Jr. She was an interior designer and owner of Mildred's Interiors. She was a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sunnyside Cemetery with the Revs. Don Howell and John Smith officiating. Survivors include a son, E. H. Culpepper III, Athens; two daughters, Mildred C. Lapeza, Cordele, and Miriam C. Chipley, Brentwood, Tenn; a sister, Mrs. Cleo B. Stephens, Cordele; and seven grandchildren.3
