She made many differences in the lives of everyone who knew her. The spark, spirit, compassion, friendship, love and understanding she had for all who knew her cannot be replaced. She will forever be in our hears and our memories. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, George W. Culpepper, daughter and son-in-law Liz and Larry Ellington, son and daughter-in-law Mike and Vicki Culpepper, grandsons, William, Max, Garrett, Justin, and Taylor, a sister Peggy Bailey and her husband, Allen; brother Ted Livingston and his wife Pam. A memorial service will be held 1:30pm Monday, 27 Apr 1998 in Restland Wildwood Chapel, with Rev Joe Florence and Rev John Schuler, officiating. DNA DNA testing of descendants of different sons of William Ebenezer Culpepper of Laurens Co., GA show that the descendants are related to each other but not to the mainline of Culpeppers. Historical research shows that brothers Christopher Columbus Culpepper of Laurens Co., GA and William Ebenezer Culpepper of Laurens Co., GA were probably born out of wedlock to Santilla Culpepper. DNA testing of one descendant of each of these brothers shows that the descendants have no paternal relationship to other Culpeppers or to each other. We would like to verify these test results by testing another descendant of each brother.1
