Obituary*20 September 2012 Bruce Martin Culpepper, 77, of Dover, FL, died Thursday, September 13, 2012, after a long illness.
He was born Sept. 25, 1934. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and greatgrandfather. A resident of Blackshear for 15 years, he recently moved back to the Dover, FL area.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired from TECO in 1994 after many years of service. He always could be found working on and restoring antique cars, and he could fix just about anything that was broken.
Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Hannelore Culpepper, Dover; two brothers, Douglas Culpepper, Parma, MI, and David (Janice) Culpepper, Blackshear; four children, Bonny (David) Harrell, Dover, FL, Debbie (William) Mathieu, Valrico, FL, Patrick (Angela) Culpepper, Thonotosassa, FL, and Allen (Jo Lynn) Culpepper, Gunter, TX; eight grandchildren, Michael Harrell (Leslie Cunningham), Dover, Amanda (Dustin) Watkins, Plant City, FL, Ciara (Jason) Southerland, Thonotosassa, Rob Mathieu, Valrico, Daniel Harrell, Dover, and Skylar, Taylor and Oliver, all of Gunter; one great-grandchild, Josiah, Thonotosassa; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 29, at St. John’s United Methodist Church near Blackshear.1

Obituary*10 October 2003 PERRY - Robert L. "Bob" Culpepper, 69, died Thursday October 9, 2003 at Perry Hospital. Funeral Services will be 2 P.M. Saturday, October 11, 2003 at Perry United Methodist Church with interment following at Perry Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the residence. The Family requests donations to Perry United Methodist Church.
     Mr. Culpepper, born in Fairfax AL, the son of the late James Clinton Culpepper and Ada Lee (Hanners) Culpepper, had resided here since 1955. He was a Korean US Navy Veteran and a retired (35 year) RAFB employee. As as a member of the Perry United Methodist Church, Bob served on the Administrative Board, Finance Committee, was a member of the IHS SS Class and taught Sunday School.
     Survivors includes his wife, Elva W. Culpepper of Perry; daughter, Diane Culpepper of Biloxi, MS; son, Lee Culpepper of McLean, VA; three brothers: Ira Culpepper of West Point, Milton Culpepper of Perry, and Perry Culpepper of Covington; three grandchildren, Whitney, John Robert and Will. Obituary*27 May 2013 Perry, Ga- Milton L. Culpepper, 76, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on Saturday, May 25, 2013 in Macon, Georgia. Funeral Services will be held at 1 :30 p.m., Tuesday, May 28 at Sandy Valley Baptist Church in Warner Robins, with interment at Perry Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be on Monday at the funeral home from 6 - 8:30 p.m. Brother Phil Bryant will officiate. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House, 1160 Forsyth Street, Macon, Georgia 31201, in honor and memory of his granddaughter, Olivia Culpepper.
     Mr. Culpepper was born in Fairfax, Alabama and had lived most of his life in Houston County. He was the son of the late Clinton and Ada Lee Hanners Culpepper. A U.S. Navy Veteran, he was a civil servant at Robins Air Force Base for 31 years. Very active for many years in his church music department, he played guitar and had been a deacon. He was an active member of the Adult Men's Sunday School Class at Sandy Valley. His hobbies included golf, bluegrass and gospel music, Braves and Falcons, and his breakfast club, the "Perry Coffee Crew".
     Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 52 years, Margaret Bowen Culpepper; children, Lisa Bearden (Randy) of Warner Robins, Alan Culpepper (Cindy) of Henderson; grandchildren, Ryan Jordan of Warner Robins, Drew Culpepper and Elaina Culpepper, both of Henderson, brothers, Ira Culpepper (Emily Jo) of West Point, Georgia and Perry Culpepper (Jackie) of Covington, Georgia.
     He was preceded in death by his brothers, Walter Culpepper, Wilburn Culpepper, Crew Culpepper, Clarence Culpepper, Herbert Culpepper, Robert Culpepper, and granddaughter, Oliva Culpepper.
