Biography* Mark Layne wrote on 29 Mar 2009 concerning burials in the Culpeper Vault at Easy Hall:
     "William Alleyne Culpeper (WAC) owned Easy Hall and Francis was his brother. It is possible that they were joint owners. I surmise that after the time of Elizabeth's burial the site was becoming 'full up' and either WAC or more likely his father decided to build the vault. Francis dies and is buried in it.
     "But WAC is eccentric at best and spends much of his time in England. Eventually his hated second hand wife dies and is buried in the vault and 'is the last member of they family ever buried there' (source John Francis Culpeper).
     "WAC even turns up in the Marylebone Hospital office of Dr. William Moe Culpeper in black garb and a smile on his face (source John Cummins Culpeper)
     "Alleyne Culpeper of Frolic is attorney for WAC who is effectively an absentee proprietor.
     "So Alleyne is the one who would have had to give authorization for the burial of friends and the name Abel Alleyne Wood indicates that they were.
     "WAC is known to have been in the habit of riding from Easy Hall to Frolic to have dinner with Alleyne and then ride home same evening, when in Barbados. I suspect Alleyne was instructed to sell Easy Hall sometime after the burial of Margaret C as WAC then turns up occupying Kensington House. WAC died in London
     "Alleyne Culpeper and Dr. William Moe Culpeper were my great grandfather's brothers and the sons of Dr William F Culpeper and Martha Jane Layne of Industry."4 
Research note*December 2013 Ange Aimé de Germain was born on 1-9-1791 in the city of Étampes [located in] thé department of Seine et Oise. He died 12-11-1871 in Saint Germain en Laye (a commune located in the western suburbs of Paris).

Furthermore, I just found the death certificate of William Alleyne Culpeper, in Paris. The certificate indicates He was 77 years old and 8 months, annuitant, born in Barbados (around 1793). He died in his home, 33 avenue d'Antin (found in the 8th arrondissement of Paris). (Source -- archives of Paris.)5
