Joseph Randle Culpepper, age 31, of Choctaw, was tragically taken from family and friends, March 18, 2007. Randy was born June 7, 1975, to Bill and Becky Culpepper at Vandenberg AFB, California. Randy had a passion for racing cars, 4-wheelers, motorcycles or anything that went faster than he could by foot. Randy was a daddy above all and loved all children. Randy is preceded in death by his grandmother, Frances McClurg. He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his wife, Charity; two daughters, Savannah and Cheyenne; parents, Billy and Becky Culpepper, Harrah; in-laws, Bruce and Geneva Clark of Newalla; in-laws, Joel and Donna Shives of Hinesville, GA; grandfather, William V. McClurg of Anniston, AL; one uncle, Andy McClurg and wife, Laurie, of Grand Prairie, TX; cousins, Doug McClurg and Rachel McClurg; two brothers-in-law, Jesse Kelley of Norman and Michael Rudy of Newalla; one sister-in-law, Jennifer Jones of Arlington, TX; best friend, Kyle Stiver; and a host of friends that will miss him. Family will accept visitors at Hibbs Funeral Home, on Wednesday, from 6-8 p.m. Services will he 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 22, 2007, at Choctaw Road Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund has been set up at all BancFirst locations for Savannah and Cheyenne Culpepper.3
