When I was growing up, we never went to Moultrie without visiting Carrie’s two sisters and their husbands, while they were still alive. One of her sisters was my father’s Aunt Pearl Harris. She was married to J. Strozier Harris. I remember that she always had a new Cadillac parked in her circular drive whenever we’d go to her house. If they had any children, I am not aware of it. I don’t remember any mention of children they may have had, and I never met any, that I recall.1

But Oscar was listed as eight years old in the 1880 census and his brother was listed as seven years old so they do not appear to have been twins. Based on being eight years of age at the time of the 1880 census and 38 at the time of the 1910 census, Oscar was probably born in the last half of 1871.
      A "Oscar Cooper" was baptised 22 Oct 1884 by J. W. Wells according to The Church Register of the Wesley Chapel Methodist Episcopal Church, South Colquitt County, Georgia by Lee Collins Hale, Nov 1978. He was removed by order of church conference in 1898. The last notice that we have of Oscar is in the obituary of his father. "O. L. Cooper" was listed as living in Autreyville, Colquitt Co, GA. He must have died before 1949 since he was not listed as a surviving brother in the obituary of W. F. Cooper.
