Ida C. Putman Rutherford, 90, of Greenwood, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2009. She was born on April 15, 1919, to the late Daniel and Cora Culpepper Putman.
Survivors include her children, Carol (James) Shives, Barbara (Jeff) Lambert, Brian (Susie) Rutherford, Robert (Linda) Rutherford, Donnie (Jan) Rutherford, and Mary (Bob) Hamilton; grandchildren, Jason (Victoria) Shives, Scott (Jovy) Shives, Angela (Tim) Riemann, Joshua Lambert, Christy Rutherford, Courtney Rutherford, Casey (Bryan) Spencer, Michelle and Lorin Day, Lori (Jared) Stillwell, Mike (Denise) Rutherford, Melissa (Jason) Nicoloff, Donna (Dennis) Rutherford, Dennis Adams, Stacey and Kelli Whitney, Tony (Sherri) Rutherford, and Terri (Matt) Montemurro; and numerous great grand children.
She was preceded in death by daughter, Marcia Bettertone; sons, Bobby Whitney and Barry Rutherford; two brothers; and one sister.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2009, at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 South Street Road 135 Greenwood, Indiana. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, with one hour visitation before the service.
Burial will follow at The Gardens at Olive Branch Cemetery & Mausoleum Park. |
