Mr. Culpepper was a veteran of the United States Army and a citrus grower. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, December 19 at 11:00 A.M. at Hopewell Funeral Home, 6005 CR 39 S, Plant City, where the family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 A.M. Interment to follow at Hopewell Memorial Gardens. Culpepper, 68, died Sunday, Nov. 5, 2000, at his home. A native of Cadwell, he had lived in Milledgeville for many years. Culpepper was a retired supervisor with Engelhard Kaolin for more than 40 years. He was a member of Sinclair Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Ura S. Culpepper of Milledgeville; children Joseph K. Culpepper and Paul K. Culpepper, both of Macon, and Regina Culpepper Baughcum of Milledgeville; sister Lillian (Culpepper) Collins of McIntyre; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight at Moores Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Oconee or Sinclair Baptist Church Building Fund.1
