She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Culpepper; son, James Culpepper Jr., of Clayton, N.C; daughter, Linda Culpepper Hedrick of Elizabeth City, N.C; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A native of Chamblee, GA, she came to the Tampa area in 1986 from Portsmouth, VA. Mrs. Culpepper was a member of the Bloomingdale Baptist Church and retired from social services. Visitation will be March 8, 2001 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with services March 9, 2001 at 10:00 a.m., both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home.4
