Dr. Barry Armstrong, Dr. Don Stewart, and Reverend Glenn Shoemake will officiate at the services with interment to follow in the Union South Baptist Church Cemetery. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins is in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Kelly McKenzie, Danny Kelly, Jack Lane, Kerry Kelley, Billy R. Folkes, Manifred Gingrich, and Bobby Kelly.

Mrs. Culpepper, a Covington County native, was the Deputy Justice Court Clerk for Covington County for twelve years before her retirement. She was a faithful and devoted member of the Union South Baptist Church in Seminary.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Burl Kelly and Tama Rawls Kelly; her husband, C.L. "Tobe" Culpepper; three sisters, Ruth Kelly Howell, Delorace Kelly Lane, and Mary Ann Kelly McKenzie; and two brothers, Dan Howard Kelly, Sr. and Rawls Kelly.

Survivors include her daughter, Susan Culpepper Welch, and her husband, Don of Ocean Springs; one brother, J.B. Kelley of Grand Bay, Alabama; three grandsons, William Jason Hemeter and his wife, Serra; John Kelly Hemeter and his wife, Amy; and Justin Lee Welch and his wife, Kari; two great grandchildren, Abby Grace Hemeter and William Rawls Hemeter; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Union South Baptist Church Music Ministry, 91 Union Church Road, Seminary, Mississippi, 39479.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Union South Baptist Church in Seminary.1

Obituary*9 April 2014 Lynn Banks Culpepper, of Elizabeth City/Metter, Ga., 60, died Monday at her residence in Metter. She enjoyed spending time at both of her homes in Metter and Elizabeth City. She was a graduate of the University of Georgia where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in education. She taught middle and high schools, and was the cheerleading coordinator, having retired after 31 years of service with the Pasquotank County School Board. She enjoyed cooking, and was a great cook, and she also enjoyed watching golf. She was of the Methodist faith, and was a member of Metter First United Methodist Church. She is predeceased by her parents Dekle and Mavis Banks.

She is survived by her husband, Daryl Culpepper of Elizabeth City and Metter, Ga; daughter, Jill Culpepper of Gainesville, Ga. Also surviving are her brothers and their spouses, Mike (Rhonda) Banks, and Bill (Robin) Banks all of Duluth, Ga. Visitation will be today from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes Metter Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, April 11, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Metter First United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Whit Byram officiating. The body will lie in state from noon until funeral time. Burial will follow in the Lake Church Cemetery Metter, Ga. Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes Metter Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.1 
Burial*11 April 2014 Her body was interred on 11 April 2014 at Lake Church Cemetery, Metter, Candler Co., Georgia.
