h.  ZADOCK LUMAN, eighth child of Moses Luman, was born about 1783 in Iredell, North Carolina.  He married RUTH (last name unknown) in Iredell, North Carolina.  She was born ca 1800 in North Carolina.

The children of Zadock and Ruth Luman:

2a  JAMES JACKSON LUMAN, second child of Zadock and Ruth Luman, was born in 1821 in Paris, Logan County, Arkansas.  He married MARTHA ELIZABETH CAMPBELL April 22, 1845 in Rutherford, Tennessee.  She was born in 1829 in Rutherford, Tennessee and died ca 1880 in Subiaco, Logan County, Arkansas.  James died ca 1875 in Logan County, Arkansas.

The children of James and Martha Campbell Luman:

1b  JOHN H. LUMAN first child of James and Martha Campbell Luman, was born February 22, 1846 in Meigs, Tennessee.   He married MARY JANE WEATHERFORD ca 1867 in Arkansas.  Born February 3, 1851 in Izard, Arkansas, she was the daughter of WILLIAM and ELIZABETH WEATHERFORD.  She died January 30,1901 and is buried in Black Jack Cemetery, Nacogdoches County, Texas.  John died March 26, 1929 in Texas.

The children of John and Mary Weatherford Luman:

1c  MARY ELLEN LUMAN, first child of John and Mary Weatherford Luman, was born May 12, 1868 in Subiaco, Logan County, Arkansas.  She married HEZIKIAH OLIVER March 17,1 887 in Texas.  Born July 9, 1860 in Princeton, Kentucky, he was the son of JOHN OLIVER and MARY SHARPE OLIVER.  She died November 14, 1919.  Mary died February 24, 1928.  Both are buried in Black Jack Cemetery, Nacogdoches County, Texas.
