1804 Deeds David Jones, heir of William Jones conveyed to John Bryant. The cottage was in the possession of Elizabeth Jones, daughter of David Jones.

1834 Deeds Recital of a conveyance from John Bryant to Jane Jones (then Jane Brown, spinster) .

1837 Deeds Lease and Release by John Jones of Skenfrith, farmer and Jane his wife to John Jones of Llangattock Lingoed, carpenter and Sarah his wife of a messuage and garden in Llangattock Lingoed bounded by a lane from Llangattock church to Abergavenny and by lands of Llangattock Great House, currently ocupied by William Hughes.
