1872 Deed: Indenture between (1) William Cunvin Watkins and (2) Charles Lloyd and Elizabeth his wife: William Watkins of Llangattock Lingoed, cordwainer, died 13 February 1836, leaving his property to his wife Elizabeth. William Cunvin Watkins, labourer, was the only lawful issue of William and Elizabeth. Elizabeth remarried to Charles Lloyd, yeoman. William releases his interest in the cottage occupied by Charles and Elizabeth for £50, subject to Elizabeth's life interest. (Dated 9 April 1872)

1877 Deed: Mortgage between (1) Elizabeth Lloyd and (2) Joseph Davies: Elizabeth Lloyd of the Old School House, widow, mortgages to Joseph Davies of the Shop House, grocer, for £20 at an interest rate of 5%. (Dated 22 March 1877)

1888 Deed: Conveyence between (1) Joseph Davies (2) Elizabeth Lloyd and (3) Blanche Davies: Charles Lloyd died on 15 March 1876. Elizabeth Lloyd of the Old School House, widow, conveys to Blanche Davies of the Shop House, otherwise called the Post Office, wife of Joseph Davies, for £50, including repayment of a mortgage of £20 to Joseph Davies. (Dated 5 May 1888)
Conveyance between (1) Blanche Davies and (2) Ellen Lloyd: Blanche Davies, wife of Joseph Davies of The Shop House, otherwise called the Post Office, grocer, conveys to Ellen Lloyd, wife of Edwin Lloyd of the Old School House, or Glan yr Avon, for £65. Elizabeth Lloyd had died since 5 May. (Dated 9 June 1888)
