1804 Memorials Edward James. late of the Pant died June 15th, aged 90. (Bradney: Thomas James, the last of Penrhos, had a brother Edward of the Pant).

1821 Park Estate Pant Farm was owned by the Earl of Abergavenny and leased to Margaret James.

1843 Tithe survey Thomas James was a tenant of land owned by the Earl of Abergavenny, including “Pant House, Buildings and Garden”.
