Harriette Sophia RANSOM "Harriet" was born 13 Mar 1872 in Kingston, Surrey, England
to Thomas Pitcher RANSOM and Mary Ann Offord TAYLOR

She died 9 May 1961 in New Zealand

Harriet travelled to New Zealand on the Halcione under the Assisted Emigration scheme, aged 8 1/2 months.

Harriet married Marcus OHLSON "Mark" in 1892
Marcus was born in 1869
He died on 19 August 1919 and is buried in Otaki Cemetery, Otaki, New Zealand

They had the following children:

Harriet also married Robert GIFFORD in 1924
