24 November 1767 - John Rosuman
Description of property: Four Hundred acres on Turkey Creek, a branch
of Saludy River, bounded on all sides by vacant land.

3 July 1784 - Samuel Rosamond
Description of property: One hundred acres situated on Saluda River 
above the Indian boundary, bounding SW and SE on said river, all other 
sides on vacant land.

2 August 1784 - Samuel Rosemond
Description of property: One Hundred and Forty acres on the south side 
of Saludy River above the Indian boundary, bounding northward by 
said river, northeast and southeast on land laid out to John Hollum 
and all other sides on vacant land.

4 August 1784 - Samuel Rosamond
Description of property: Four hundred acres situated in the District of 
Ninety-Six on the North Side of the Saluda River and on branches thereof, 
bounding north on land supposed to be surveyed, all other sides on vacant land.

15 February 1786 - James Rosemond		
Description of property: Nine-Hundred and forty-seven acres situated in the 
District of Ninety-Six on branches of Saluda & Reedy Rivers.
