Administration of the Estate
of A. D. Lunsford
It appearing to the court that A. D. Lunsford has departed this life
intestate and R. G. Jenkins having made application for letters of
administration to issue, wherein and the court being satisfied as to his
fitness, order that he be permitted to quality.
When the said R. G. Jenkins came
into court with John A. Glimp and J. S. Hunter for
his securities and entered into bond in the penal sum of Two Hundred and Fifty
Dollars, condition and payable as the law directs, which said bond was
acknowledged in open court by all the parties, thereto approved by the court
and ordered to be recorded.
When the said R.G. Jenkins was then
sworn in open court as such administrator and the court ordered that letters of
administration issue to him which was accordingly done.
