Know
all men by these presents that we Chiles M. Dowdy as principal and Henry Miller
and Elihu Vincent as Securities are held and firmly bound
unto the State of Missouri for the use of Sarah
J. Lunsford Minor heir of Duncan D.
Lunsford, deceased, in the sum of three hundred dollars for the payment of
which we do hereby bind our selves our heirs executors and administrators
Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents.
The conditions of the above bond is, that if Chiles M. Dowdy, Guardian
and Curator of the aforesaid Sarah J.
Lunsford shall faithfully discharge all the duties as such Guardian and
Curator required by law then the above bond to be void otherwise to remain in
full force.
In witness whereof we have hereunto

as Securities hold and firmly bound to the State of Missouri to the use of Riley P. Lunsford, Minor heir of Duncan D. Lunsford, deceased in the sum
of two hundred dollars for the payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves our
heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these presents.
The conditions of the above bond is
that if Henry Kennedy Guardian of the Aforesaid Minor, Shall faithfully
discharge his duties as such Guardian required of him by law, then the above
bond to be void otherwise to remain in full force.

the use of Sarah R. Lunsford and Riley P. Lunsford, Minor heirs of Duncan D. Lunsford, deceased, in the Sum of one Thousand Dollars for the
payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves our heirs Executors and
Administrators firmly by these presents.
The conditions of the above bond is
that if Reuben Harper, Guardian and Curator of the aforesaid Minors shall
faithfully discharge all the duties as such Guardian required of him by law
then the above bond to be void otherwise to remain in full force.
