For and in consideration of
the Sum of six hundred and Fifty Dollars cash in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged.
We, J. I. Lunsford, and
wife N. A. Lunsford, have this day bargained Sold and do hereby transfer and
convey unto E. B. Edwards and Wife E. C. Edwards their heirs and assigns all
the right title and Interest We have in and to the following described lot or
Parcel of land lying and being in Civil district No. 6 of Crockett County
Tennessee, butted and bounded as follows to wit;
Bounded on the North by F.
H. Kail, on the East by B. F. Kail, on the south by Phillips, on West by Cox
containing thirty Seven acres more or less being the same land conveyed to us
by J. W. Medford, Et al, on the 15 day of Dec 1900 and on record in registers
office in Alamo Tenn. in deed Book N Pages 202 & 203.
To have and to hold said
lot or Parcel of land unto them the said E. B. Edwards and Wife E. C. Edwards
their heirs and assigns forever, we covenant with the said E. B. Edwards and
Wife E. C. Edwards their heirs and assigns that we are lawfully seized and
possessed of a three fourth undivided interest, and a one fourth undivided
interest in the remaining one fourth undivided interest, and have a good right
to convey same that same is unencumbered, and we further covenant and bind
ourselves our heirs and assigns to forever warrant and defend the title thereof
to the said E. R. Edwards and wife E. C. Edwards their heirs and assigns
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever;

have hereunto set our hands this 2 day of Nov 1904.

appeared before me J. W. Emison Clerk of the County Court of said County J. I.
Lunsford the within named bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted and
who acknowledged that he executed the within instrument for the purposes
therein contained.

of Mrs. N. A. Lunsford privately and apart from her husband relative to the
free execution of the annexed deed and the same so taken to certify under your

Mrs. N. A. Lunsford Wife of
J. I. Lunsford having personally appeared before me and having by virtue of the
authority in me vested been examined privately and apart from her said husband
and she having acknowledged the due execution of the annexed deed by her freely
voluntarily and understandingly without compulsion or constraint by her said
husband and for the purposes therein contained the same is therefour certified.
