KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, William Wellborn
and Hazel Wellborn his wife, in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
SEVEN 50/100 DOLLARS, to us cash in hand paid and to be paid by Johnie Linville
in the following manner, fifty dollars is paid cash, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, and One hundred seven and 50/100 dollars, evidenced by
note for said sum, payable in monthly installments of twenty one and 50/100
dollars, on the first day of June 1947, and a like amount on the first day of
each month thereafter until said note be fully paid, interest on each monthly
installment from May until paid at the rate of ten per cent per annum said note
being payable at the office of Guaranty Investment Co., in Pocahontas, and a
lien is retained on the premises therein described until said note and interest
be fully paid, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said
Johnie Linville and unto his heirs and assigns forever, the following real
estate situated in the county of Randolph an State of Arkansas and in the city
of Pocahontas, to-wit;

To have and to hold the
same unto the said Johnie Linville and unto his heirs and assigns forever, with
all improvements and appurtenances there unto belonging.
We
hereby covenant to and with the said Johnie Linvill [sic] his heirs and assigns
that we will forever warrant and defend the title to the property herein
conveyed unto the said Johnie Lindville [sic] and unto his heirs and assigns
against all lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
And
I, Hazel Wellborn wife of the said William Wellborn joins in this conveyance
and for the consideration set out does by these presents release and relinquish
all right of dower and homestead in any lands herein described.
In
Witness Whereof, we have hereunto set our hands and seals on this 10 day of
May A.D. 1947.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
STATE OF

IT REMEMBERED, that on this day came before me, a Notary Public in and for the
County and State aforesaid, duly commissioned and acting, William Wellborn to me
known to be the grantor in the foregoing Deed of conveyance and acknowledged
that he signed and executed same for the consideration, and purposes therein
mentioned and set forth.
On same day also
voluntarily appeared before me, Hazel Wellborn wife of the said William
Wellborn to me known and in the absence of her said husband acknowledged that
she had signed and executed said deed, released and relinquished all right of
dower and homestead in and to the lands herein described for the consideration
uses and purposes therein mentioned and set forth, without compulsion or undue
influence of her said husband, and desired that I so certify, which is
accordingly done.
In
Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal as such Notary Public on
this 12 day of May A. D., 1947.
