This Indenture, made on the
19th day of June A. D., One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twelve, by and
between E. F.
Bolin and Maude H. Bolin, his wife, and Emmer Smith (formerly Emma Bolin) and Parthena Lunsford (formerly Parthena
Bolin) of the County of Dunklin in the State of Missouri, parties of the
First Part, and Robert O. McKee of the County of Dunklin in the State of Missouri,
party of the Second Part:
WITNESSETH,
That the said parties of the First Part in consideration of the sum of One and no/100
Dollars to the[m] paid by the said party of the Second Part, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged do by these presents, Remise, Release and forever
Quit-Claim unto the said party of the Second Part, the following described
Lots, Tracts, or Parcels of Land, lying, being and situate in the County of
Dunklin and State of Missouri to wit:
Beginning at the Southeast
Corner of the Northeast quarter (N.E. ¼) of the Southeast quarter (S.E. ¼) of
Section thirty four (34) Township Seventeen (17) North range eight (8) East,
and running thus North forty (40) rods; thence west twenty (20) rods; thence
South forty (40) rods; thence East twenty (20) rods to place of beginning,
containing five (5) acres, more or less.
(This Deed of Quit-Claim
being made in Release of and satisfaction for, a certain Deed of Warranty dated
the 2nd day of August 1898, recorded in the Recorder’s Office,
within and for the County of Dunklin aforesaid, in Deed Book ___ at page ____ )
To Have and To Hold The
Same, with all the rights, immunities, privileges and appurtenances thereto
belonging unto the said party of the Second (Filed for Record May 27th
1912) Part, and his heirs and assigns Forever; so that neither the said parties
of the First Part, nor their heirs, nor any other person or persons for them or
in their names or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or
title to the aforesaid premises, or any part thereof, but they and every of
them shall, by these presents, be excluded and forever barred.

said parties of the First Part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day
and year first above written.

this 22nd day of June A. D. 1912, before me personally appeared E.
F. Bolin and Maude H. Bolin his wife, Emmer Smith, single, and Parthena Lunsford, single, to me known to be

acknowledged that they executed the same as her free act and deed.
