This Indenture, made on the
19th day of August 1901, by and between A. R. Lunsford and M. A.
Lunsford his wife, of Macy Arkansas, parties of the first part, and J. M. Weems of
WITNESSETH,
That the parties of the first part for and in consideration of the Sum of Two
Hundred and Fifty dollars, one Hundred and Fifty Dollars cash in hand paid and
one note of one hundred Dollars of even date, payable on the first day of
November 1902, bearing 8 per cent per annum from date till paid, to be paid by
the parties of the Second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
by these presents Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey and Confirm unto the said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns the following described Lots Tracts or
Parcels of land lying being and situate in the County of Dunklin and State of
Missouri to wit;
All of the Lots (18)
Eighteen and (19) Nineteen, in block Six in the Town of Cardwell Dunklin
County, Mo.
To Have and To Hold the
premises aforesaid, with all and singular the Rights, privileges, appurtenances
and immunities thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining unto the said
party of the Second part and unto his heirs and assigns forever, the said A.
R. Lunsford and wife hereby covenanting that they have a good right
to convey the same and that they will warrant and
defend the Title to the same against all lawful claims whatever.

it Remembered that on this day came before me the undersigned, a Notary Public
within and for the county aforesaid, duly commissioned and acting A. R. Lunsford to me well known as the
Grantor in the foregoing Deed, and states that he had executed the same for the
consideration and purposes therein mentioned and set forth, and on the same day
also voluntarily appeared before me the said M. A. Lunsford wife of the said A. R. Lunsford to me well known and in the absence of her said
husband declared that she had of her own free will signed and sealed the
relinquishment of Dower in the foregoing Deed for the consideration uses and purposes therein
mentioned and set forth without compulsion or undue influence of her said
husband.
