I,
as Administrator of the Estate of H. H. Lunsford, deceased, do hereby suggest
the Insolvency of the Estate of said H. H. Lunsford, deceased.
This

the Insolvency of the Estate of said H. H. Lunsford deceased.
Therefore,
I, H. T. Hanks, Clerk of the County Court of Lauderdale County, Tenn., do order
you J. G. Thompson, Admr of H. H. Thompson [Lunsford]
deceased, to give notice in the Ripley Weekly News and also at the Court-house
door, in the town of Ripley, Tennessee, for all persons holding claims against
the Estate of said deceased, to come forward and file them with me, as Clerk
aforesaid, for a pro rata distribution on or before the 1st day of
Sept. 1879.

Clerk aforesaid, a true and perfect schedule of the amount of said estate,
consisting of the available funds, choses in action
and other effects, including the Real Estate, on or before the 1st
day of Sept 1879.

To the worshipful County Court of said County; The undersigned
Clerk of this Court would respectfully report the following account of the
estate of H. H. Lunsford, dec’d.
A settlement made with John G. Thompson, Admr of said Estate on the 14th day of February
1881, and recorded on page 61 of Book of Accts of Insolvent Estates in my
office, shows that of said date the sum of $139.40
