Inventory By Administrator
Inventory
of the estate of Jane Lunsford deceased, cash on hand at death of Decedent, the
one note Robert Jones for Six dollars and fifty Cents drawing ten percent from
October 21st forward January 1860
To
an allowance made by the county court in favor of Jane Lunsford for Twenty five
dollars out of the Estate of D. D. Lunsford.

one Ritten agreement between Jane Lunsford and Robert
Jones for the South East field called the Stuble
field for which Jones agrees to pay Jane Ten Bushels per acre and Jane to mend
up the fence to secure the Crop and one Rent agreement between Jane Lunsford
and Henry Kennedy for a field known as the adjoining field to Holms field for
which Kennedy agrees to pay Jane Lunsford Ten Bushels per acre and Jane to mend
the fence so as to Save the crop.

full Inventory of the money goods chattels paid the Estate Rent and personal
book papers and evidence of debt and title of the deceased and of all the debts
due and to become due so far as he can ascertain them that he is not indebted
or bound in any contract to the deceased at the time of her debt except as
stated in said inventory.
