Estate of Mary A. Ray
On this day comes W. A. Ray
and presents his claim in due form against the estate of Mary Ray, deceased, in
the sum of Fifty Dollars for taking care and board of Clara M. Wheatley, heir
of said estate; and said claim now coming on to be heard the court finds from
the evidence that the said administrator of said estate has had sufficient
notice of this proceeding, and that said estate is indebted to said W. A. Ray
in the sum of Ten Dollars.
It
is therefore considered, ordered and adjudged by the court that the said claim be and it is hereby allowed in the sum of Ten Dollars and
classed as a claim of the fourth class.
