Wynne Men Complete Training

Marine Pfc. Terry S. Greenhaw, from Cross County, has completed recruit training in the armed forces.

Greenhaw, the son of Terry L. Greenhaw of Wynne, completed his training at

the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego, Calif.

During his 13-week training cycle, Greenhaw was taught the basics of battle field survival.  He was introduced to the typical daily routine which he will experience during his enlistment and studied the personal d and professional standards traditionally exhibited by Marines.  He participated in an active physical conditioning program and gained proficiency in a variety of military skills including first aid, rifle marksmanship and close order drill.

A 1990 graduate of Wynne High School, Greenhaw joined the

Marines in August 1990.

IN THE MILIARY

In last week’s edition of The Cross-Roads, the news release from the

Department of the Navy, regarding PFC Terry S. Greenhaw, omitted the

name of his mother.  She is Debbie Greenhaw of Cherry Valley.
