I've seen the girls on your listing, there are also other children, He was
buried in Pine Hills Cemetery also known as the Swarthout Cemetery here in
Saginaw, off Hawthorn Dr. Private home now, Several years ago they changed
the name of Swarthout Dr., off Brockway near center one block east. don't
know why, plan to find out why. Also I hear that the Hemmiter school was
originally the Swarthout school. Will be checking that out. I haven't had
the time to go to the Sag co and twp records.
Capt Anthony is listed as of purchasing property in Sag twp. April 10,1837
#14681&14680 totaling 480 acres.
He is also listed in Michigan Pioneer and Historical collections VolumeVIII
pg 681, on microfiche 2 S LH5402, I think it is in either Lansing or Ann
Arbor, requesting that info.
