Marie C. McBride, 75, Aville, Indiana, died Tuesday, January 4, 1983 in the Sacred Heart Nursing Home, Avilla, Indiana. Surviving are a son, Tom L. of Fort Wayne, Ind.; Three daughters, Eileen f. Bolenbaugh of Fort wayne; and Marjorie Oplinger and Sue Glessner, both of Laotto; a brother , lawrence Topp of Pierceton; and a siste, Viola Sellers ofFort Wayne. Services were held last Friday in D. O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home. Burial was in Covington Memorial Gardens.

OBITUARY:
William A. Topp, 70, of 7387 Harold Drive, died at 2:45 a.m. Sunday, September 13, 1981, in his home. Mr. Topp was a native of Geneva and had lived most of his life in Fort Wayne. He retired as Operating Engineer at the Fort Wayne Memorial Coliseum in 1973 after 17years. He had also worked for Alton Combustion Company. Surviving are his wife, Marcile, three sons: Chester of Romeoville, Ill., Vilas of Lago Vista, Texas and Frederick of Ft. Wayne; two daughters, Sally Luetz of Longwood, Fla., nd Sheri Evans of Ft. Wayne; one brother, Lawrence of North Webster and two sisters, Marie McBride of LaOtto, and Viola Sellers of Ft. Wayne. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in Tom Mungovan Funeral Home, with calling there from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial park. signers were Scotch-Irish or English Quakers. Among them were Anon TORENS,

his brother-in-law Hugh Wiley land granted to him in 1776.
(1) His name appears on Pew No. 36, Rocky Springs Presbyterian Church, 4 miles
from Chambersburg. In this church, which replaces an old log church built in
1743, the pews have individual doors on which are inscribed the names of the
original pew holders.
(1g) 1804, 2 Mar: Wrote his will. Made bequest to his sister Jean, wife of
Thomas McKean; sister Elizabeth, wife of John Ferguson and to her children
Elizabeth and Hugh Ferguson; to sister Mary, married to Hugh Wiley; to

Jr., and Thomas McKean.

made his will, duly registered at Carlisle, Cumberland Co., and therein, among
other things, did give, devise and bequeath to me, the said James Torrence,
certain parts of his lands now situate in Franklin County, on or near siad
Creek, and whereas Albert Torrence Jr., late of Franklin Co., deceased, did
purchase of me the said lands, it is now alleged that no sufficient conveyance
thereof can be found. Now the said James Torrence, for 50 lbs., deeds to his
nephew Hugh Ferguson, the acting executor of my brother Albert Torrence Jr.,
