Now the condition of the above obligation is such that if the sa id Elizabeth BOYD do and shall after attaining the age of 21 years or whenever thereafter req uired by the above named Presley CORDELL his heirs or assigns by a good and sufficient deed o f conveyance convey to the said Presley CORDELL his heirs or assigns all her right title an d interest in the land mentioned and described in the deed above mentioned and further shoul d the said William BELL be in existance and the said William BELL being thereunto afterward s required by the above named Presley CORDELL his heirs or assigns by a good and sufficient d eed of conveyance convey to the said Presley CORDELL his heirs or assigns all his right titl e and interest in the land mentioned and described in the deed above mentioned, then the abov e obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force, power & virtue.
