Henry Slyfield married Caroline White on 14 December 1841 at St Mary, Reading, Berkshire, England; and their marriage was recorded at Reading record office in the December quarter 1841.1,2 Henry Slyfield appeared on the census of 30 March 1851 at Shinfield, Berkshire, England, as Head, married, age 36, birthplace Eversley, Hampshire.3 He left a will on 18 February 1858; made a Will :-

IN THE NAME OF GOD. AMEN.
I, Henry Slyfield of Hyde End in the Parish of Shinfield in the County of Berks. and many years Bailiff to the Late Mrs Ann Body, being of sound
mind memory and understanding yet weak in body but mindful of my mortality do this eighteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and fifty eight make this my last Will in manner and form following.

1st. After my just debts and funeral expenses are paid I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Caroline all the money that my late Mistress Mrs Ann Body

     Ernest Victor Slyfield was born on 17 June 1872 at Guildford, Surrey, England; and his birth was recorded at Guildford record office in the September quarter 1872.1,2 He was the son of John Slyfield and Augusta Louisa Lincoln.1 Ernest Victor Slyfield was baptized on 11 August 1872 at Holy Trinity, Guildford, Surrey, England.3 He married Agnes Mary Campbell on 17 April 1901 at St Andrews Presbyterian Church, Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand.1,4 Ernest Victor Slyfield was an elector and his occupation was a Salesman in 1911 at 234 Main Road N E Valley, Dunedin, New Zealand.5 He was an elector and his occupation waqs deacribed as a Draper in 1925 at Station Road, Paeroa, New Zealand.5 He died on 29 October 1950 at New Zealand at age 78.1 He was buried after 29 October 1950 at Hillsborough, Auckland, New Zealand.6

He gave 49 Saxon Road, Southall, Middlesex, England as his UK address.5 He immigrated on 30 April 1937; returned from Lyttelton, New Zealand. He died on 8 October 1949 at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand, at age 75; and Probate records High Court Auckland, Department of Justice give his occupation as Warehouseman.1,6 He was buried on 10 October 1949 at Purewa Cemetery, Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand.7
