She was the daughter of Henry Micholls and Grenendla (Rachael) Mapthali.^1,3,4 Anne Micholls married Isaac Bright circa 1795.^5,6 Anne Micholls and Isaac Bright had 10 children including Maurice (1796-1848), Selim (1799-1891), Elizabeth, Caroline (c 1811), Rebecca (1814-1838), Henry (b 1817), and Edward (b1819). They had 'dozens of grandchildren, many of whom also became jewellers' in 1796.^5,7,2 Anne Micholls appeared on the census of 6 June 1841 at Union Parade, Leamington Priors, Warwickshire, England, as Ann Bright, age 65, not born in the county, and she had Independent Means.⁸ She died on 25 May 1847 at Leamington, Warwickshire, England; and the death of an Ann Bright was registered in the June 1847 at Warwick Registration district.^5,9,10 She was buried after 25 May 1847 at Deane Road Cemetery, Liverpool, Lancashire, England.²

Their marriage was recorded at Liverpool Registration district in the June quarter 1871.^2,4,5,6,7 He appeared on the census of 5 April 1891 at 12, 14, 16 St Anne Street, Liverpool, Lancashire, England, as Son, age 6, birthplace Liverpool, Lancashire, and he was a Scholar.² He appeared on the census of 31 March 1901 at 12 St Anne Street, Liverpool, Lancashire, England, as Son, age 16, birthplace Liverpool, Lancashire, and he worked as a 'Picture (Art) Shop Assistant.⁸' He appeared on the census of 2 April 1911 at 25 Erskine Street, West Derby, Lancashire, England, as Son, age 25, single, birthplace Liverpool, and he was a Shop Manager.⁹ He married Rose Rubens Gottschalk, daughter of Adolph Gottschalk and Annie Drielsma, on 24 April 1912 at Liverpool Old Hebrew Congregation, Liverpool, Lancashire, England; and their marriage was registered at Toxteth Park Registration district in the September quarter 1912.^10,11,12,13 Samuel Levy joined the Army Service Corps (Remounts Service) during The Great War and his British Army Service Record gives his residence as 7 Warwick Drive, Wallasey on 23 July 1918.¹² He was executor for his Mother and The 1927 National Probate Calendar reads: 'Levy Emma of 80 Manchester-road Southport Lancashire widow died 12 June 1927 Probate (save and except settled land) Liverpool 20 September to Samuel Levy picture frame maker.¹⁴' He lived on 29 September 1939 at 30 Ullet Road, Liverpool, Lancashire, England; where he was on the 1939 Register when he was Managing Director of a Saw Mills, Glass Works, Mirrors etc.³ He died on 7 July 1965 at Lancashire, England, at age 80; and his death was recorded at Liverpool Registration district in the September quarter 1965.¹⁵ His estate was probated on 1 October 1965; at Liverpool Probate Registry, to 'Joseph Arnold Levy and Maurice Levy company director'. He was of 78 Promenade, Southport, Liverpool.¹⁶
