      Francia Lucy Annois was also known as Francia Lucia Mosely.3 Her married name was Mosely.1 She was born circa 1867; and she was 'the second daughter of Chas. Annois'. A gentleman named Charles Annois appears on the Australian Convict Transportation Registers convicted on 24 October 1859 at The Old Bailey, London, on the vessel Palmerston's voyage of 8 November 1860 to the Colony of Western Australia, who died in December 1894, occupation Seaman.1,4,5 She married Bertram Jacob Mosely, son of Benjamin Lewin Mosely and Florence Cohen, on 14 January 1890 at Trinity Congregational Church, Perth, Western Australia, Australia; and their marriage was announced in The Western Australian (Perth WA) four days later including the information that it was by special licence by the Rev. E.T. Dunstan. Both J. Bertram Mosely and Francia's father were of Fremantle.1 Francia Lucy Annois was an elector on the Australian Electoral Roll as Francia Lucy Mosely in 1910 at Vera Villa, Warton Street, Cottesloe, Fremantle, Western Australia, Australia.2 She died on 17 July 1935.6

Born and raised in Toronto she lived most of her life in the East End including Birch Cliff, Leaside and Victoria Village. A longtime parishioner of Precious Blood Church, she was an active member of the Catholic Women's League. Visitation at the PAUL O'CONNOR FUNERAL HOME, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E. (between Pharmacy and Warden), on Monday, February 16th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. at Precious Blood Church (Lawrence east of Victoria Park). Reception to follow in the church hall. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sleeping Children Around the World.7'
