     Charles Armstrong Culver was born on 9 September 1916 at 170 Springbank Road, Hither Green, London, England.2,1 He was the son of Percy Coningsby Culver and Catherine Jenkins Knox.1 Charles Armstrong Culver was a Musician on 25 September 1939.2,3 He lived on 25 September 1939 at 14 Grosvenor Gardens, Aldwick, Sussex, England.3 He was a Construction Engineer on 28 June 1942.4 He lived on 28 June 1942 at 90 Mayfair Road, Dartford, Kent, England.4 He lived before 22 November 1949 at 2 Broadcroft, Crofton Lane, Orpington, Kent, England.5 He was an Aerial Rigger before 22 November 1949.5 He died on 22 November 1949 at Lydd Radio Station, Lydd, Kent, England, at age 33; 'An aerial mast to which the deceased was attached by a safety strap at a height of 75 feet from the ground fell with the deceased causing a fracture of his neck and multiple injuries.2,6,5,7' He was the subject of an inquest on page 2. 'From Our Correspondent Folkestone, November 22 Charles Armstrong Culver, 35, of Crofton Lane, Orpington, Kent, was killed at Lydd to-day when the 100ft wireless pylon on which he was working collapsed after a temporary stay had given way. Culver, who was wearing a safety belt, came down with the pylon' on 23 November 1949.5,8 He was the subject of an inquest which recorded a Verdict of Death by 'Misadventure' on 28 November 1949.5
