     Reginald Thomas Kemp was born on 17 December 1894; and his birth was recorded at Holbeach registration office in the March quarter 1895.2,3 He married Edith Emily Wyeth, daughter of William Henry Wyeth and Edith Emma Freeland, in 1921 at Surrey, England; and their mariage was recorded at Chertsey registration office in the December quarter 1921.1 Reginald Thomas Kemp died in 1982 at Surrey, England; and his death was recorded at Surrey Northern registration office in the December quarter 1982.4
