my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this tenth day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Eighty nine Richard Darburn his mark Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who subscribed our names as witness in the presence of the testator

This Will of Richard Daborn otherwise Darburn late of the Parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey deceased was proved on the twenty seventh day of July 1789 before the Reverend Francis Brownfield Clerk a Surrogate by the Oath of Sarah Daborn otherwise Darburn Widow the Relict and sole Executrix to whom administration was granted she having been first sworn duly to Administer.3,4

He died before 16 July 1789.5 He was buried on 16 July 1789 at Bisley, Surrey, England.5
