Okanagan Falls, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Okanagan Falls, British Columbia, population 6,000, is affectionately known as OK Falls. It is located at the south end of Lake Skaha in the Okanagan Valley in the interior of the province. It was named for small twin waterfalls that were formerly part of the landscape. Having one of the mildest climates in Canada, the town was founded on agriculture. The area still produces fruits and vegetables, but today it is best known for its prestigious estate wineries, which produce award-winning wines.
