Hans came to the states sometime before the other two brothers.  We are not sure of date. I have found emigration records for Peter and Chris. Grandfather (Hans) was supposedly a stow away when he came to the states.  When he got to the states he settled in Pontiac, IL.  He earned enough money to send for the brothers to come over one at  a time.  Chris in 1898 and Peter in 1886.  They are both buried here in Pontiac, IL.  They both died in Michigan.  My grandfather and one of his sons went to Detroit, Michigan to bring the bodies back to Pontiac. We know nothing of family for either one of them.  Chris was supposed to have been a high roller for the times and traveled alot to many different states.  Peter stayed  mainly in Michigan but we know nothing more about him.
