Sunday morning.
My dear Mother
After a short & pleasant sail across the Channel I arrived in Liverpool about 6 o.c. this morning. Came on to Manchester by the 8 o.c. train & found William dressing for the day.
Mr Ker [?] wrote this morning to say the “Revenir [?]” would sail either Tuesday evng or Wednesday morng. My luggage arrived all safe & was put on board.
William & I go to Liverpool tomorrow afternoon. He is well and sends his love. I will write you again from Liverpool.
Love to Father and Livy.
I am My dear Mother
Your ever affect. son
