          b)  If the voyagers have paid for the meals on their own
          account, the same shall be directed to solid and good inns 
          by the shipping firm* in which, in the case that the ship 
          does not depart at the determined time, after the 3rd day of 
          the departure stipulated in the Accord, they shall be given
          room and board at the above conditions until the actual 
          embarkation at the cost of the shipping firm*, whether the 
          cause of the delay is due to the fault of the contractor, the 
          agent or the ship's master.
Section 6.
The Voyagers themselves shall undertake to purchase and supply the necessary and specially required sea provisions according to the relevant embarkation port for the voyage, namely:

Section 7.
    The necessary tools and sacks for packing the provisions, as well 
as the otherwise necessary crockery and the bedclothes for the sea 
voyage shall be supplied by the voyagers
Section 8.
    Mr. Zwilchenbart shall undertake at his own costs to pay for all 
parties to the Accord of the proper space in the 'tween deck of the 
mail ship or American three-mast ship departing from Havre in 
the month of March for sweet water, wood, light, room in the 
kitchen for cooking, the empty bed, 200 pounds of baggage free, if 
necessary the pharmacy, and the voyagers are free from American 
hospital fees or poll tax as well as other fees; the same are also 
entitled upon their arrival in America to remain another 48 hours on 
board the ship.
Section 9.
    The shipping firm* shall undertake to convey the emigrant and his 
effects at the stipulated price also in such case that the relevant 
ship is prevented from continuing before the voyage or during the 
voyage by any accident or for another reason.
Section 10.
    Embarkation from the seaport shall take place on the 1 March 1859,

Section 12.
   Larger baggage of the voyagers must be marked withthe full name of 
the owner and the name of the place of destination and handed over

assume no responsibility for its transport. If, however, these conditions 
are fulfilled precisely, in case of loss the agent shall pay the owner 
before embarkation: a)Fr. 30 for a hatbox, saddlebag, knapsack or sack, 
b)Fr.50 for a trunk or a box of 50-100 pounds, c)Fr.100 for a trunk or 
box of 100 pounds and above. 
Section 13.
    The traveling belongings of the emigrants shall be insured against 
the hazards listed in the insurance policy for the value of [left blank]

which is not included in the above price and shall be paid through the

    The emigrant shall do without the insurance of traveling belongings
